Muffler gone Bad!!

I was driving on I64 East going to work and it was smooth sailing (that is what I thought), I just finished talking to the Lord. So, I am feeling great and singing to myself (yes,singing to self) because once again my radio is not working. I know, I need to get that looked at, my radio does that from time to time. My baby (car) gets in her moods when she does not want to be bothered. ( You know how we are ladies) LOL.............................

Anyway I am driving and the next exit before the tunnel is coming and then I hear a noise coming from my baby (car) and I am dragging something. I am thinking/saying: (Awwww come on, What is it now, LOL, Can I make it to work because I do not want to get a 1/2 a point for being late, Is it my muffler).

I do take the Mallory exit in Hampton and I pull up in to the Hardee's parking lot. I put my car in park (you noticed, I say car when I am upset with her). I get out the car and go to the rear end of my car and I see my muffler laying on the ground chilling. LOL !

I was looking all cute in my gray trouser's and black top, so I was not going to get on knees on the cement. So, I look in my trunk and found my little blanket ( oh man, dont you think nothing ), I take the blanket and bend on my knees to look under my car and I still see the black hard rubber pieces that holds my muffler ( thank god ) so I get the muffler back up in there and secured the muffler with the black locket thingys.
And I was on my way to work once again.

I safely got to work without the relapse of a Muffler Gone Bad.
Yes, I was late but let me say that it was all good because they knew of my situation.

I just wanted to share my Muffler Gone Bad story with you all.
Just one of my great days in my life.... LOL
